I came across a very cryptic instruction: hold down under flaps and shift upper flaps. Look ahead at step 5. Now since it was only yesterday that i complained that they overdid the instructions, its a little upsetting that today i have to complain about their complete lack of instructions. The next picture was completely unhelpful. Even the supposedly helpful folding card provided with the calendar didnt help.
Turns out i kind of had to twizzle the flaps at a right angle. I would have understood that instruction way better. origami is difficult.
Don't give up! Keep on twizzling - and then maybe write a better book... next year? x
